    A Small Team Facing a Trillion-Dollar Industry
Puzzle fragmented love-heart

Social Enterprise. Built for Impact.

A mission this big cannot be built by a traditional company. That is why PALOMA AI Pty Ltd is a Social Enterprise. This isn't a marketing slogan; it's our entire legal and operational DNA. The company's constitution legally binds us to transition from a "purpose-first" company to a "charity-first" engine for global good.

First, we build the ecosystem and repay everyone who took a risk on this mission: our founders, social investors, and the winners of the HI-5 Grand Challenge profit-share prizes. This is our most critical commitment. The moment our last partner is fully repaid, our financial structure legally and permanently transforms. One-hundred percent (100%) of all subsequent net profits, forever, will be directed exclusively to charitable causes .

Its socially responsible founders, Andrew Lizzio, Visionary and CEO, and Regina Meyer, Director of Ethics, conceived PALOMA AI Pty Ltd early 2025 intending to bring to market a wholesome alternative AI. The organisation is legally structured as a Social Enterprise with a mission of purpose-driven innovation. Regina is a powerful and socially conscious voice for female leadership in the tech industry. Andrew is the design architect and creator of a "Humane Intelligence" and the groundbreaking research that both underpins mypaloma™ and provides a measurable scientific framework for evaluating the human aspect of artificial intelligence.

Andrew Lizzio
"Always do the right thing at the right time, no matter the cost."

Founder, Visionary, and CEO of mypaloma, Andrew Lizzio is a systems thinker with over 30 years of experience in building large-scale, self-organising systems. With a background in enterprise architecture, Andrew has driven complex transformations for the Australian Federal Government and Fortune 500 companies, applying distributed, swarm-intelligent design principles that now form the foundation of mypaloma. Alongside his industry leadership, Andrew is an accomplished mathematics and scientific researcher (see ResearchGate), with contributions that continue to inform the platform’s development.

A visionary builder, he is also spearheading other ventures of similar ambition, each aligned with a shared mission: to create regenerative, values-led systems that reshape the future at a structural level. Out of Queensland, Australia, he leads a small, focused team committed to turning these principles into living, scalable technology.
