The organisation is legally structured as a Social Enterprise with a mission of purpose-driven innovation. Regina is a powerful and socially conscious voice for female leadership in the tech industry. Andrew is the design architect and creator of a "Humane Intelligence" and the groundbreaking research that both underpins mypaloma™ and provides a measurable scientific framework for evaluating the human aspect of artificial intelligence.

As Co-Founder and Director of Ethics of PALOMA AI Pty Ltd, it is Regina’s motivation is to guide a Social Enterprise dedicated to ethical, sustainable, and privacy-first AI technologies. With a mission to prioritize people and the planet, her work encourages diversity, creativity, and innovation while ensuring equitable access. Collaborations with universities, foundations and impact investors enable rigorous research and measurable social impact, fostering responsible AI development.
Regina’s commitment to integrity and collaboration is born out of a career in humanities and extensive, immersive travel. This drives her efforts to advance AI technologies that promote ethical progress and benefit humanity's welfare. At PALOMA AI, her focus is on creating meaningful partnerships and innovative solutions that align with our values of responsibility and inclusivity.
